MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Food-grade material selected for corrosion resistance and food contact.
Fine, uniform perforation patterns with burr-free edges for efficient juice filtration.
Basket body formed to the required diameter, depth and profile.
Rim formed for structural rigidity and assembly fit.
Strong, clean joints without compromising the food-contact surface.
Perforation consistency, dimensions and finish checked before shipment.
WHY FILTER BASKET PRECISION MATTERS
The filter basket is the core of a centrifugal juicer — it separates pulp at high speed, so perforation uniformity, burr-free edges and structural strength directly affect juice yield, pulp separation and the cleanliness of the final juice. Chemical etching creates the fine hole patterns that punching cannot achieve economically, while deep drawing and flanging give the basket its shape and rigidity.
CUSTOMIZATION POINTS
- Basket diameter, depth and wall profile per your drawing or sample
- Perforation pattern, hole size and hole spacing
- Edge and rim configurations for assembly
- Surface finish requirements
- Material grade confirmed during project review
