WHAT WE MANUFACTURE FOR KITCHEN APPLIANCES
MATERIALS WE WORK WITH
Kitchen appliance components are typically manufactured from stainless steel grades selected for the application: SUS304 for food-contact parts such as juicer filter baskets, 420 and 430 for slicing and cutting discs that need hardness and corrosion resistance, and stainless or carbon steel for blades depending on project requirements. Material grade is confirmed during drawing review.
FROM DRAWING TO MASS PRODUCTION
Every kitchen appliance project follows the same manufacturing workflow: drawing review, process planning, tooling development, trial production, first article inspection, mass production and final inspection. Quality control runs from incoming material through to packing.
